In addition to creating personalized meal plans, I create workout plans. They can be made to compliment the meal plan or be used on their own. Similar to meal plans, each workout plan is tailored to your needs. I do offer personalized home workouts as well. It is simply a matter of providing information as to what equipment we have to work with.

Once the plan is purchased, you will be asked to email a list information that includes your height, weight, & physique goals. With that information, a plan is then comprised specifically to your needs.
